Wordpress updated to 4.3.1 and now it won't let me publish or update user info?? HELP

So recently, wordpress updated to 4.3.1 and now i can't publish, Everytime i hit the publish button the screen just takes me to the "posts" page in the dashboard???

Also, if i try and manually add a new user and change their subscription level, i get a invalid user id error??
